I like to challenge myself physically and mentally. I have a tendency to set new standards and goals for myself. There isn’t a better feeling than achieving what you have set out for yourself.
I have friends who have introduced me to running marathons and CrossFit. These activities can break you down and show you your weaknesses. But from this all, you move on to push yourself to new boundaries. I tend to apply this in life.
In the other part of my life, I am working toward designations within the insurance industry. I have to stay discipline in my self-studying and keeping pace with a schedule to complete. I plan to finish my designations by the time I am 30.
This blog will have my daily food intake, activity, and mood.
