Yesterday, 10 mile repeats. 8 minutes on and 4 minutes walk…..
This coming Saturday, 19 miles run.

New personal record for unofficialy half-marathon run this morning. Training run was 13 miles at 1 hour and 43 minutes. My original goal for half marathon was 1:45.

I realized my marathon training has officially begun:
11 miles logged today at around 1 hour 35 minutes.

Boot Brew 7 was pretty awesome experience. Had to put down about 7-8 beers throughout the run. Worse part was probably having to jump in the ice cold pool looking for coins. Overall, great experience. But reminder to self, drinking throughout 12 hours span is not good for the body.
Now onto the 5k run for the hunger on Thanksgiving Day. After, training for the February Huntington Beach half marathon and June San Diego full marathon.

Times: Slight up and down hills in the back lot

7:15AM – 1 apple with PB, 3 oz chicken
12:55PM – 2 cups string beans, 3 oz chicken, half orange, 3 tsp avocado
7:45PM – 1 1/4 cup broccoli, 1 cup string beans, 1 orange, 3 oz turkey, 3 tsp avocado
Workout: possible 5 mile run if can squeeze into schedule
Result: 5.2 miles in 38:41 (great day for a run: 65 degrees and clear skies)

12:30PM – Dim sum at Capital Seafood in Irvine – it was ehh and we didn’t eat that much….
10PM – LATE dinner – Shin Sum Gumi after Lakers game (1 hr wait to eat ramen?)
Workout: 95lb cleans and jerk at o-lift

Going to church, then maybe some sprints this afternoon.
Intake:
8AM – 2 egg whites, 2 0z turkey, 1 large slice with PB, 3 tsp of avacado
12PM – 1 1/3 cup cooked spinach, 1 orange, 1 sausage link, 3 tsp of avacado
2:45PM – 2/3 cup blackberry, 2 string cheese, 6 almonds
6:45PM – 1 1/3 cup cooked spinach, 1 pepper, 1 string cheese, 1/2 orange, 1 Amy Lu sausage, 3 tsp avacado
8:30PM – 2 oz turkey, 1 orange, 1 tsp PB
Workout:
3:30PM – Sprints at Irvine High. 5 x 400m – time estimates (1:18, 1:21, 1:24. 1:22, 1:24) Had to round times up, b/c forgot paper/pen.
10PM – Didn’t do much today, but exhausted and going to bed.
